
Supportive healing is a journey that can provide sustainable change for your lifetime.
We will work in partnership to explore and understand the deep-rooted problems that keep you stuck in frustrating patterns. Together we will work to shift from behaviors and beliefs that may have a detrimental impact on your body to sustainable habits for long-lasting health.
Health Coaching
We will have 12 virtual sessions, two per month, over the course of six months.
During our sessions, we will determine what goals you want to achieve and formulate attainable action plans.
I will support you by providing guidance, and encouragement, and holding you accountable while you practice new behaviors that will be pivotal in the achievement of your stated goals.
Mental Health Services
You and I will work through solution-based psychotherapy to process and address problems, thoughts, and beliefs to support higher functioning, increased well-being, and healing.
We will have psychotherapy sessions virtually once or twice monthly for as long as clinically indicated to relieve the mental health symptoms and related issues that are preventing you from living the life you are trying to create.
